Launch of Ontario Business Registry

On October 19, 2021, Service Ontario launches their New Ontario Business Registry.
The new Registry will have over 90 online services including registering a new business, dissolving an existing business, annual returns, change of directors/officers, updating of addresses and change to shareholders.
You will be able to access the services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and transactions will be complete instantly. The documents and transaction receipts will be emailed to you right away (no waiting 4-6 weeks for them to be processed). You will also receive email reminders on upcoming filings.
Annual Returns due after October 19, 2021, now must be filed directly in the registry.
You MUST obtain a "Company Key" (Similar to a Personal Identification Number (PIN) ) to access the new Ontario Business Registry. This includes ALL corporations, sole proprietors, and businesses with master license(s) in Ontario.
To access this PIN, you must submit a Company Key request form at Ontario.ca/Business Registry. (Note: this will be available after October 19, 2021)
Effective Monday October 18, 2021 the last Service Ontario counter at 375 University Avenue in Toronto will be closed, except for Urgent requests. Urgent requests can schedule an appointment by contacting:

Propel will be able to file returns on your behalf for your corporations and businesses thru the Ontario Business Registry, after you have obtained your Company Key.
